How much does a pickup cost?
Each pickup costs $15, charged to the supplier. One request covers one architect pickup location.
Can I request pickups from more than one architect?
Yes. Submit a separate request for each pickup location.
Does the architect need to know about the pickup?
Yes. Please make sure the architect is expecting the collection and is happy for Simple Sample to contact them.
Do the samples need to be packaged?
No. The samples do not need to be packed before collection.
Is my preferred pickup date guaranteed?
No. We’ll confirm the final collection date with the architect.
What happens after the samples are collected?
We’ll let you know once the samples have been picked up. We’ll then proceed with the option you selected: add them to the Simple Sample marketplace or hold them for you to collect.
