Yes, our samples are completely free, including shipping.

How do I get a sample?

If you are an architect, designer or other building industry professional, you can order a sample by visiting our website, adding a sample to your cart and checking out. If a sample isn’t available, leave your details with us and we’ll let you know once it’s back in stock.

Is there a limit to how many samples I can request?

No. However, please consider the environment and our suppliers and order only what you need. Simple Sample reserves the right to cancel any sample order at its discretion.

How long does it take to receive my samples?

We aim to ship samples on the same business day. Shipping time may vary depending on your location in Australia.

Can I return the samples if I no longer need them?

Yes, absolutely! We’re committed to reducing waste wherever possible. If you no longer need a sample and the sample is still in excellent condition, please use the enclosed return postage satchel to return your samples to us so that we can send the sample to the next customer.

Do you offer discounts on building materials?

You will need to contact the relevant material supplier to order any materials for which you’ve received a sample. Architects, designers and other building industry professionals will typically receive a trade discount on purchases.
