In recognition of the pressing need to reduce the carbon footprint associated with the sample ordering process, we have developed an innovative system. Through this system, all sample orders are packaged in a singular carton or envelope, which is reusable, recyclable, and crafted from recycled materials. Furthermore, we have taken great care to eliminate the use of excess bubble wrap, further contributing to waste reduction.
To ensure accountability and environmental responsibility, we actively collaborate with our courier partners to meticulously track our outbound carbon emissions. In line with our commitment, we are actively engaged in partnering with organisations to procure verified carbon credits, equivalent to our carbon footprint. These credits are invested in carbon projects across the globe, furthering our efforts in combating climate change.
